1-1/2 cups sliced strawberries
6 Tbsp. strawberry jam
2 Tbsp. PLANTERS Pistachio Lovers Mix

Steps:

  • Spoon 1/4 cup granola into each of 6 parfait glasses; cover with layers of 1/4 cup each yogurt and strawberries.
  • Top each with 2 tsp. jam, 1/4 cup of the remaining yogurt, and 1 tsp. each jam and nuts.

Steps:

  • Hull and quarter 1 quart strawberries. Toss with 1 teaspoon sugar in a large bowl. Sprinkle a layer of gingersnap crumbs or graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of parfait glasses. Top with the berries. Mix 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt with 2 tablespoons honey and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, then spoon over the berries.

1 pint ripe strawberries, hulled and halved
3 tablespoons light brown sugar
8 ounces plain whole milk or fat-free yogurt
Mint leaves for garnish

Steps:

  • Place half the berry slices in each of four large stemmed goblets. Sprinkle each portion with a teaspoon of the sugar.
  • Stir the yogurt to smooth it, then spoon all but one-fourth cup of it over the berries. Top with the remaining berries and a dollop of the remaining yogurt. Sprinkle with the remaining sugar and garnish each serving with a mint leaf.
