- Mix together in your blender powdered milk, warm water, Splenda, and 1 vanilla.
- Pour into a covered container and refrigerate until cold and thick.
HOW TO MAKE SUGAR FREE CONDENSED MILK
Steps:
- Whisk together the evaporated milk with the sugar alternative. Then heat this mixture on low-medium heat on the stove, stirring continually until it starts to bubble.
- Reduce the heat to low and allow to simmer. Skim off layers as needed.
- Remove from heat and stir in the butter .However, if your desired thickness has not been reached in an hour, you can stir in the Guar Gum just before you sir in the butter

- In a 2 cup glass measuring cup, combine cold water and Carnation Nonfat Dry Milk Powder, stirring to make a paste.
- Cover and microwave on HIGH (100% power) for 45 to 60 seconds or until mixture is hot but not boiling.
- Stir in Splenda.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before using. Will keep up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator. Use in any recipe that calls for sweetened condensed milk. Makes equivalent of a 12-fluid-ounce can of commercial brand.

SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK SUBSTITUTE FOR DIABETICS
Being a diabetic is hard. It's difficult to find everyday ingredients. However, if you use some of the "in-a-pinch" recipes and make your own, you can substitute the sugar for Splenda and **HOPE** it turns out right. This did and it's really opened doors for me as a dessert maker.

- Microwave 1 minute or until steaming. Stir in sugar and vanilla.

SPLENDA CONDENSED MILK SUBSTITUTE
Husband is diabetic and loves lemon pie! What to do? Make condensed milk with Splenda! We follow the lemon pie recipe on purchased can of condensed milk and substitute this recipe for the canned milk. Tastes good with the Splenda instead of sugar. You might like to try 1/2 Splenda and 1/2 sugar as an experiment. Still good.
