1 package (16 ounces) linguine
1 cup chicken broth
1 small onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1/3 cup whole milk
2 tablespoons cream cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Cook linguine according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium-high heat, bring broth to a boil. Add onion and garlic. Reduce heat; cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Stir in spinach; cook for 2 minutes., Add the milk, cream cheese, salt and pepper; stir until cheese is melted. drain linguine and place in a serving bowl. Add sauce and toss to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses; toss to coat.

2-1/2 cups farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked
4 cups tightly packed baby spinach leaves
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1/3 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

  • Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding spinach to the boiling water for the last 30 sec.; drain.
  • Rinse pasta mixture with cold water; drain well. Place in large bowl.
  • Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.

2 packages (6 ounces each) fresh baby spinach, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons butter
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2/3 cup onion and garlic salad croutons, crushed

Steps:

  • Place spinach and water in a Dutch oven; cover and cook for 3 minutes or until wilted. Drain and set aside., In the same pan, melt butter. Stir in the cream, lemon zest, garlic and pepper flakes; bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes or until slightly reduced. Stir in cheese and spinach; heat through. 400 g spaghetti
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 garlic cloves, finely sliced
2 red chilies, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons oregano
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
200 g baby english spinach leaves
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
sea salt
extra cracked black pepper

Steps:

  • Place the spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling salted water and cook for 10-12 minutes or until al dente.
  • While the pasta is cooking, place the oil in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the garlic, chilli, oregano and pepper and cook for 3 minutes or until the garlic is soft.

2 cups elbow macaroni (8oz)
1 cup thinly sliced onion
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon water
6 cups fresh spinach leaves
3 tomatoes, seeded & chopped
1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans, rinsed & drained
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Cook pasta until just tender.
  • Ladle 1 cup of pasta cooking liquid into bowl and reserve.
  • Drain pasta.
  • Saute onion& garlic in oil, then add 1 T water to skillet& cook over medium heat until onion is golden and tender, stirring often.
