- In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-1/4-in. balls. Place meatballs on a greased rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes. Drain on paper towels. , Meanwhile, for sauce, combine the tomatoes, brown sugar, vinegar, salt and onion in large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir in gingersnaps, continuing to boil until sauce is thick and clear. Reduce heat to a simmer; add meatballs. Heat through.

SNAPPY COCKTAIL MEATBALLS WITH HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE
These easy-to-make party meatballs deliver flavor with a horseradish kick.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. For the Cocktail Meatballs, mix Gravy Mix, ground beef, horseradish, parsley, basil and pepper in large bowl until well blended. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on foil-lined baking pan.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, for the Honey Mustard Sauce, add ground mustard into small bowl. Stir to break up any lumps. Add mayonnaise and honey; stir until smooth. Serve with meatballs.
