1LB GROUND BEEF
15OZ CAN OF CONTADINA TOMATOE SAUCE
1 CHICKEN BULLION CUBE
2 CLOVES OF GARLIC
DASH OF RED WINE
1 CAN OF WATER
2 TO 4 TBL OF ITALIAN SEASONING

Steps:

  • BROWN BEEF WITH 1 GLOVE OF GARLIC,SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE.DRAIN FAT. ADD TOMATOE SAUCE COOK FOR FEW MINUTES THEN ADD DASH OF RED WINE,COOK FEW MINUTES THEN ADD CAN OF WATER AND BULLION CUBE WITH GARLIC AND2TBL SPOONS OF ITALIAN SEASONING. BRING TO BOIL COVER POT AND REDUCE TO SIMMER FOR 40 MINUTES STIR PERIODICALLY. ADJUST SPICES TO TASTE ADD WATER IF YOU WANT TO THIN SAUCE. DRIZZLE OLIVE OIL TO FINISH .
