STRAWBERRY BANANA BREAD
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375F degrees. Spray two 9x5 loaf pan with nonstick spray. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, using a KitchenAid Stand Mixer with paddle attachment cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- In a small bowl, beat eggs using a fork. Add eggs to sugar mixture and beat until combined. Add mashed bananas and mix until combined.
- Sift all dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add sifted dry ingredients to banana mixture and mix until flour is just combined. DO NOT OVER MIX! Fold in floured covered strawberries.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pans and bake at 375*F for 15 minutes. REDUCE heat to 350*F and bake for an additional 30 minutes until edges are slightly brown or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Let cool completely before removing from loaf pans.

- Spray 4- to 4 1/2-quart round slow cooker with cooking spray. Line bottom with cooking parchment paper, and spray again.
- In large bowl, stir bananas, sugar, melted butter, vanilla and eggs until well blended. Stir in Bisquick™ mix until well blended.
- Pour into slow cooker. Place folded, clean dish towel under cover of cooker. This will prevent condensation from dripping down onto bread. Cook on High heat setting 1 hour. Carefully remove slow cooker's ceramic insert, leaving cover on, and rotate insert 180 degrees. Continue to cook on High heat setting 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with moist crumbs. Transfer ceramic insert from cooker to cooling rack; uncover and let stand 15 minutes. Remove bread from ceramic insert to cooling rack. Peel off parchment paper. Cool completely, about 1 hour.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x5-inch loaf pan with nonstick spray. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt together into a bowl. Set aside.
- Cream brown sugar and butter together in a large bowl. Mix in Greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla extract. Add mashed bananas and mix until combined. Gradually mix in dry ingredients. Fold in strawberries. Pour into the prepared pan and set on the lined baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 65 to 80 minutes.

SLOW COOKER STRAWBERRY BANANA BREAD
I have been staying in a motel with no stove or oven. I have become a pro at slow cooking and have found you can cook about anything in it. This recipe is wonderful. Hope you enjoy.

Steps:
- 1. Mash bananas and strawberries.
- 2. Combine fruit, margarine, sugar and eggs.
- 3. Stir into the fruit mixture the baking soda and banana extract.
- 4. Add flour and nuts and stir until all combined.
- 5. Spray with non stick cooking spray the bottom of your slow cooker. Mine is a 4qt round slow cooker.
- 6. Pour half of the batter in the bottom. Using a spoon or rubber spatula to spread evenly over the bottom.
- 7. Take 2 paper towles and set on the mouth of the slow cooker and place the lid on top of the. ( The paper towels absorb and condensation through the baking process).
- 8. When finished run a knife along the edge to losen the loaf then place a plate on top and flip the cooker releasing the bread.
- 9. Spray again and pour the remaining batter into the slow cooker and repeat the process.
- 10. Slice and serve.
