GINGERSNAP COOKIE DIP image

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioners' sugar
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 (8 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (16 ounce) package of gingersnap cookies

Steps:

  • 1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Beat in whipped topping until blended. Refrigerate until serving. A very nice twist for plain gingersnap cookies!
