JAPANESE PONZU SAUCE (WITH VARIATIONS)
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Combine mirin, vinegar, soy sauce, and bonito flakes in a saucepan and bring it to a boil over medium heat.
- Remove from the heat and let cool.
