12 ounce Breakfast Sausage
8 Egg
1 cup Whole Milk
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
32 ounce Frozen Tater Tots
8 ounce Cheddar Cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Remove the casing from the Breakfast Sausage (12 ounce). In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the sausage and cook halfway through, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain fat if necessary.
  • Whisk together Egg (8), Whole Milk (1 cup), Salt (1 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon), and Onion Powder (1 teaspoon).
  • In a large bowl, toss together Frozen Tater Tots (32 ounce), sausage and Cheddar Cheese (8 ounce). Pour into baking dish. Pour the egg mixture all over. Sprinkle more cheese if you wish.
  • Bake uncovered for 45 to 55 minutes, or until eggs are set.

One 16-ounce bag frozen Tater Tots®
Butter, for the baking dish
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound spicy bulk breakfast sausage
1 medium onion, very finely diced
1 cup milk
1/2 cup half-and-half
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
4 large eggs
1 red bell pepper, very finely diced
1 green bell pepper, very finely diced
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
1 cup grated pepper jack cheese
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Line up the tater tots in a buttered 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
  • Add the olive oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage and onion and cook, breaking the sausage up with a wooden spoon, until browned and cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly, then sprinkle it over the tater tots.
  • In a large bowl, mix the milk, half-and-half, seasoned salt, cayenne, eggs, bell peppers, half of both cheeses and some salt and pepper. Pour over the tots and sausage mixture, then top with the rest of the cheese. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Bake, covered, for about 25 minutes. Remove the foil and continue to bake until the cheese is brown and bubbly and the casserole is cooked through, another 20 to 35 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.

2 -4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups milk
4 eggs
2 lbs frozen tater tots

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Spread the sausage, bacon, or ham evenly in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Spread cheese over meat. I use 4 cups of cheese, but you can use less if you prefer to reduce the calories.

1 tsp garlic powder

  • Preheat your oven to 350 ℉ and allow it to heat while you prep the casserole.Cook the ground sausage over medium heat. Brown it thoroughly while you break it into small pieces.
  • Remove the sausage from the heat, and drain any grease. Set it aside while you make the rest of the dish.Spray a 9' x 13' casserole dish generously with cooking oil spray.Next, sprinkle the crumbled sausage evenly over the bottom of the dish.In a mixing bow, you'll want to whisk the eggs, and add the half and half, garlic powder, salt and pepper. ½ pound breakfast sausage
1 small onion, diced
½ cup milk
5 large eggs
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder

1 (12 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1 (16 ounce) package frozen bite-size potato nuggets (such as Tater Tots®)

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly spray a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage and onion in the hot skillet until sausage is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and cool.
