Muddy Buddies® Brownie Ice Cream image

Perfect for summer--ice cream with cookies, and of course, Muddy Buddies® Brownie Supreme snack mix. A hit for your picnic or backyard barbecue.

6 cups cookies and cream ice cream or other favorite flavor, slightly softened
10 chocolate chip cookies (from 13-oz package), crumbled
1 bag (10.5 oz) Chex Mix® Muddy Buddies® Brownie Supreme snack mix
2/3 cup chocolate-flavor syrup

Steps:

  • In large bowl, mix ice cream, crumbled cookies and 2 cups of the snack mix. Freeze at least 1 hour until firm.
  • For sundaes, scoop generous 1/2 cup ice cream mixture into each serving bowl. Drizzle each with 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup; top with remaining snack mix.
