Baked Chicken Wings, not fried! Oriental style sauce....great ball game watching snack! These are called Rochester WIngs because they supposedly originated in Rochester, NY.

Steps:
- Combine all ingredients except the chicken wings in a large heavy-duty ziplock bag. Add the chicken wings; seal bag securely, and place in a large bowl. Marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours, turning occasionally.
- Remove chicken wings, reserving marinade. Place chicken wings in an ungreased 15x10x1 jelly roll pan. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until done, basting frequently with the reserved marinade. Serve warm.

- Mix together the flour, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl. In another bowl, whisk beaten eggs, sugar, and Parmesan cheese until the mixture is thoroughly blended and the sugar has dissolved.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until the oil shimmers. Dip the chicken breasts into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, and gently lay them into the skillet. Pan-fry the chicken breasts until golden brown and no longer pink in the middle, about 6 minutes on each side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet over medium-low heat, melt the butter, and stir in garlic, sherry, lemon juice, and chicken base. Bring the sauce to a simmer, and stir until smooth and slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Be sure to dissolve any brown flavor bits from the bottom of the skillet as you stir. Return the chicken breasts to the sauce, and gently simmer until no longer pink in the center, about 15 minutes.
- To serve, place a chicken breast on a plate, and top with sauce.

- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and stir in the ground beef. Cook and stir until the beef is crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard any excess grease.
- Transfer the cooked beef to a blender and blend until the meat is finely minced. Bring the minced beef, water, vinegar, paprika, black pepper, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, allspice, cloves, cumin, thyme, and cinnamon to a simmer in a saucepan over medium heat; cook for at least 30 minutes, adding water as needed to keep the mixture moist and gravy-like.
