Yummy Dried Beef Sandwich Spread image

This is simple but filling and really tasty! I found this in the cookbook that came with my very first blender, 30 some years ago. *Dried beef is also known as chipped beef.

Number Of Ingredients 4

2 Tbsp milk
1 3-ounce package cream cheese, cut in 3 pieces
1/2 cup shredded dried beef
1 tsp prepared horseradish (not horseradish sauce)

Steps:

  • 1. Put all ingredients into blender; blend til smooth. There you go! Also great with crackers.
