WW BLT Macaroni Salad image

This 3 points in Weight Watchers and 4 in WW Plus

8 oz cooked low carb elbow macroni
4 slice turkey bacon
2 large tomatoes, beef steak or vine ripened
4 Tbsp reduced fat mayo
2 c spinach

Steps:

  • 1. cook the macaroni until tender drain and rinse with cold water and put it in the fridge.
  • 2. cook the turkey bacon till it is crisp. I use the microwave then break it up into small bitesize pieces.
  • 3. Chop tomato into bite size pieces and stir into the cooled macaroni
  • 4. combine the bacon spinach and the mayo and mix till it is coated...salt and pepper and serve.
