- Spread breadcrumbs on waxed paper. Press the veal or chicken into crumbs after dipping in beaten egg, coating both sides lightly. Melt butter or Margarine in a large non-stick skillet. Brown meat on both sides over moderate heat. Breadcrums are better if a little garlic powder is added. Dissolve instant beef broth in boiling water. Add to skillet with Lemon juice, parsley and salt and pepper. Cover and bring to a boil, simmer 30 minutes or until meat is tender. Serve over noodles.
