Steps:
- Mix sour cream and baking soda together in a small bowl and set aside to react. Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs. Add flour, baking powder and vanilla. Pour foamy sour cream mixture into batter and mix well. Spread one half of mixture in greased 9x13" pan. Sprinkle blueberries over this base layer, then sprinkle 1/3 of the crumb topping over the blueberries. Spread the other half of the batter into the pan, then sprinkle the remaining topping over the cake. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour or until toothpick or knife inserted comes out clean.
