Weeknight Cheese Quiche image

We don't mean to be cheesy. Well, actually, we do. And eggy. And mushroomy. And spinachy. Put it together and you've got a whole lotta delicious. Dinnertime is gonna be good.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 onion, chopped
1pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
4 eggs
1/3cup milk
1/3cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 frozen pie crust (9 inch), thawed
1/4cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits

Steps:

  • HEAT oven to 375°F.
  • COOK mushrooms and onions in large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Remove from heat; stir in spinach.
  • WHISK eggs, milk and dressing in medium bowl until blended. Add spinach mixture and cheese; mix well. Pour into crust; sprinkle with bacon.
  • BAKE 50 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
