Steps:
- 1. bring chicken broth and water to boil 2. add 1 tbs. raw fish sauce 3. add 2 tbs. sugar 4. put in fish; cook for 1 minute 5. reduce heat to med-low 6. add pineapple chunks w/ juice 7. add celery and tomatoes 8. simmer for 5-10 minutes 9. add green oinions and bean sprouts; simmer 5 minutes 10. add tamarind powder by starting with 1 tbs. 11. taste; add more tamarind, fish sauce or/and sugar if needed 12. sprinke fresh cilantro and vietnamese cilantro, covering to layer of soup 13. serve with rice or alone; sprinke black pepper on top.
