Zia Connie's Veal Braciolette recipe, a traditional Neapolitan dish for the meat lovers amongst you!

- thin slices of prime cut veal
- 60g raisins
- 60g pine nuts
- 40g pecorino cheese
- 30ml extra virgin olive oil
- sprig of rosemary to decorate
- for the chianti wine jelly sauce
- 120g vorrei's chianti wine jelly
- 60ml ready made meat stock
- 500g potatoes
- 30g truffle butter
- 175ml milk
- 30g parmigiano reggiano (parmesan)
- 30g pecorino
- salt
