Steps:
- 1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp; remove bacon ,reserving drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon and set aside. 2. Add lemon juice, brown sugar, and mustard to drippings in skillet; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, 1 minute. 3. Toss together spinach, mushrooms, and lemon juice mixture in a serving bowl. Sprinkle with bacon.
