Two Minute Hawaiian Pie image

To save calories, I use fat free, sugar free pudding mix when I can find it and low fat Cool Whip. I found this while surfing/browsing the web. It's similar to Banana Split dessert, mius bananas. ..which is delicious!

1 can(s) undrained crushed pineapple
2 box (small) coconut pudding mix
1 c sour cream
1 large graham cracker pie crust
1 can(s) 8 oz. size chunk pineapple slices
1/2 c flaked coconut
8 maraschino cherries
1 small container cool whip divided

Steps:

  • 1. In a large bowl, combine crushed pineapple (with syrup) dry pudding mix and sour cream; Mix well until combined.
  • 2. Fold in one half of Cool Whip. Put mixture in pie crust.
  • 3. Top with rest of Cool Whip, arrange drained pineapple on top. Sprinkle coconut on top of pineapple. Arrange cherries in center of pineapple rings. Top with rest of Cool Whip. Drain pineapple and arrange on top. Sprinkle flaked coconut on top of pineapple . Place cherries in center of Pineapple rings. Top with rest of
  • 4. Refrigerate several hours and serve.
