~ Tuna & Shell Salad ~ image

A simple, delicious salad, that I whipped together today. Another hit with my family. Enjoy!

Number Of Ingredients 10

11/2 c uncooked, shell macaroni - prepared according to pkg directions - drain
1/3 c each - red onion, diced - sweet relish
1 Tbsp minced, radish - optional
1/2 c chopped, celery
1 c mayonnaise
1 Tbsp mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper and dill weed
1 small can, albacore tuna, drained
1 hard boiled egg, diced - optional

Steps:

  • 1. Prepare pasta, drain and mix with all remaining ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
  • 2. Refrigerate to chill and serve on lettuce or alone.
  • 3. Delish!
