Romaine lettuce 4-5 leaves
1 tomato
1 scallion
1/3 cucumber
tlb chopped fresh parsley
1 tlb chopped fresh mint
Salt & pepper
1 tlb olive oil
1/2 squeezed fresh lemon
pinch of granulated garlic
1 radish sliced thinly
2 oz. tuna fish
Flour tortilla 10"

Steps:

  • chop vegetables as for salad. add flaked tuna,mint, parsley, salt pepper garlic oil and squeezed lemon juice. Toss well. roll in the flour tortilla or thin pita bread.
