1 (14 ounce) can tuna, drained,flaked
2/3 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup pimiento, chopped
1/4 cup fine dry breadcrumb
1/4 cup green pepper
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2/3 cup mayonnaise

Steps:

  • Combine tuna, pepper, onion, pimiento and mayonnaise.
  • Spoon in shallow dish.
  • Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese.
  • Bake at 350°, 20 min.
  • or until thoroughly heated.
  • Serves 4.
