Steps:
- Start the rice (you want it to be almost done but still a little hard). Cut the pepper and onion; fry them in a small skillet until tender. Fry the hamburger and drain.
- When all 3 are done cooking.... put the rice, veggies, hamburger, and sauce in a mixing bowl, and mix together. Transfer mix in a med size casserole dish and sprinkle with shake cheese.
- Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes.
