Number Of Ingredients 7

1-2 pound(s) hamburger, fried, seasoned with salt and pepper and drained
1/2 medium onion, chopped and fried with the hamburger
2 can(s) green beans, drained
1 1/2 cup(s) frozen corn kernals, or fresh
1 - batch of my home made cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 package(s) tator rounds or tots
- celery salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375. Spray a 9x13 pan. Layer one layer of tater rounds in the bottom of pan. Layer green beans over tater rounds, layer corn over beans, layer hamburger onion mixture over corn, pour soup over hamburger evenly...layer tater rounds over soup and sprinkle with celery salt. Put in oven and bake one hour at 375.
  • If you'd rather not go to the trouble of making your own soup...you can whisk together 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup and one can of cream of celery soup with 2 cans milk, whisking until smooth. Add in thyme and garlic if desired.
