Steps:
- 1. mix all ingredients: use 3 tablespoons per 1 pound of meat. ( I only use turkey).
- 2. while browning the meat use some of the bullion, I use better then bullion paste careful the salt content is high I used less salt in the dry mix then most so if you love salt add more.
- 3. after the meat is browned add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water.
- 4. I suggest you make double or triple the amount and save it. it is so much better then those packets and way less sodium. I was also lucky I had all organic spices on hand.
