Steps:
- Cook rice, set aside. In saute pan, brown chicken, pour soy sauce over when done. Add cream of mushroom soup and water, simmer until heated through, keeping stirred.
- Place rice in bottom of oblong casserole dish. Dip chicken pieces out of soup mixture and place over rice. Put cheese slices over chicken, pour soup mixture over all.
- Microwave 6 minutes on "bake power" or bake, covered in conventional oven at 400 degrees F, 25 minutes.
