Steps:
- scrub and pierce potatoes, bake at 400F for 1 Hr. or until done. in saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender. Addcranberries, syrup, water, cranbeerry juice, and some salt. Bring to a boil. reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 or 15 minutes or until berries pop, stirring occasionally. stir in walnuts and mustard and heat through. cut potatoes in half long way sprinkle with pepper and some salt, top with mixture and chives.
