Steps:
- 1. Mix together the flour and cornstarch and add to the water, sugar, salt, egg, sake, Stir till well blended.
- 2. Slice about 4 sweet potatoes about 1/3 inch thick. dip potato slices in batter and deep fry until golden brown. (about 4-5 minutes)
