SWEET POTATO PRETZEL CASSEROLE image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 large can of sweet potatoes; drained
5 oz Evaporated milk
1 stick of butter, melted
1/2 c sugar
1 t vanilla
2 c large, hard pretzels; chopped
1 bag (2 c) whole fresh cranberries
1 c chopped pecans
1 c brown sugar
1 stick of butter, melted

Steps:

  • Mash sweet potatoes and combine with the next four ingredients. Press into a 8x8" baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
