The picture is a bit on the orange side, but it really is pretty RED. I tried to get as close to what the sweet-n-sour sauce at Chinese restaurants tastes like.

Steps:
- 1. Add pineapple juice, vinegar and sugar to pot and bring to boil (stir occationally).
- 2. Once boiling, mix in the cornstarch/water mixture until desired thickness is reached.
- 3. Add food coloring, mix well then add pineapple.
