Steps:
- Mix the first 7 ingredients in jar with lid; shake well to mix dressing. You can also mix with an immersion blender for 15 seconds till well blended. Toss remaining ingredients with dressing. Serves 6-8 Variations: Use any combination of fruit - (raspberries, blueberries, mangos, apples, Kiwi, pomegranate, etc ) substitute - honey roasted pecans or other prepared nut salad combinations craisins, chopped or sliced artichoke hearts mushrooms anything but the kitchen sink!
