Strawberry-Carrot Smoothies image

My children resist veggies, but they love this carrot smoothie. It packs in lots of good-for-you fruits and veggies-but to my kids, it's just a super delicious breakfast. -Elisabeth Larsen, Pleasant Grove, Utah

2 cups reduced-fat plain Greek yogurt
1 cup carrot juice
1 cup orange juice
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup frozen unsweetened sliced strawberries

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth.
