Steps:
- In a small saucepan, stir together orange zest, juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, ginger, garlic, and hot sauce. Bring to simmer over medium heat and cook until reduced and syrupy, stirring occasionally. In a shallow bowl, dredge chicken pieces in flour. Heat a drizzle of oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, brown. Pour sauce over, stir to coat, cover and cook a few minutes until chicken is cooked through and covered with a sticky glaze. Serve immediately.
