Red and blue decorating icings Star-shaped white sprinkles
2 doz. white cupcakes, cooled
1 tub (10.6 oz.) COOL WHIP Vanilla Whipped Frosting, thawed
Red and blue colored sugar

Steps:

  • USE icing and white sprinkles to decorate marshmallows to resemble American flags.
  • SPREAD cupcakes with COOL WHIP Vanilla Whipped Frosting; top with colored sugar and marshmallows.
