500 ml sour cream
3 c all purpose flour

Steps:

  • 1. Get a big bowl and put in the sour cream at room temp. Add 3 cups flour and mix. Place dough on flat surface roll flat Us a glass to form circle shaped dough Fill with perogie with potato and cheese mix Crimp sides and boil till they rise to the surface
