SPINACH NOODLE SOUFFLE image

Yield 6-8 servings

Number Of Ingredients 8

8 ounce medium noodles
1 stick butter, melted
4 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 cup sour cream
salt and pepper
2 packages Stouffer's Spinach Souffle

Steps:

  • Cook and drain noodles according to package directions. Mix butter, egg, cheese and sour cream. Add salt and pepper. Mix in noodles. Pour into 9 X 12 inch greased casserole. Spread spinach souffle over noodles. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
