Spinach Cheese Balls image

This is a quick & easy finger food that can be made a head of time. I always have to make lots when my brothers are home.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 box(es) frozen spinach, thawed & squeezed
1 cup(s) biscuit mix
2 cup(s) mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 - egg
2 teaspoon(s) italian seasoning
1 teaspoon(s) garlic salt
1 cup(s) tomato sauce, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat the oven to 400F. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients, except the tomato sauce.
  • Shape mixture into 1 inch size balls & place on cookie sheet.
  • Bake for about 10 to 15 mins or until golden brown. Remove immediately from pan.
  • Serve with the tomato sacue.
