- In a large pan, heat the oil. Add the diced onions and sauté until soft.
- Add the minced garlic to the onions and sauté until the garlic is fragrant.

- Add the sliced zucchini and peppers and cook until the zucchini is tender.
- Taste and adjust salt and pepper.
