- Grill peppers and chili skin side up until blistered and black. Peel, then process. Set aside. Mix yolks with salt and chili powder and process. Add 1/2 of oil drop by drop. Beat in lemon juice. Add more oil, alternate with small quantities of vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix in peppers and chili.
