I make these every fall when my pecan tree gives me lots of pecans. They are a favorite of my family and friends and they are really easy to make. These may be made ahead of time and packed in airtight containers. They improve with time and travel well.

Steps:
- Combine all ingredients, except pecans, and boil 1 minute
- Remove from heat and add pecans.
- Toss with a fork until they are all coated.
- Spread on waxed paper and let cool.
- When completely cooled, break apart and store in an airtight container.
