Special Scrambled Eggs image

8 eggs
1 tablespoon chopped green bell peppers
1 tablespoon chopped tomatoes
1 teaspoon chopped onion
1/2 cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt (or to your taste)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
tablespoon 1 to 2 Crisco Oil

Steps:

  • Break eggs in large bowl. Whisk with wire whip until well blended.
  • Add: bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, cheese, garlic powder, salt and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Pour oil in large non-stick skillet. Heat on medium. Pour egg mixture in hot skillet. Cook until slightly firm, or however you like your eggs.
