Steps:
- Break eggs in large bowl. Whisk with wire whip until well blended.
- Add: bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, cheese, garlic powder, salt and black pepper. Mix well.
- Pour oil in large non-stick skillet. Heat on medium. Pour egg mixture in hot skillet. Cook until slightly firm, or however you like your eggs.
