This is a light recipe for a turkey burger. The cucumber sauce is different but refreshing when used with the alfalfa sprouts and red onion as garnish. I also add sliced avocado. The patties turn out moist, not dried out like some others I've tried.

- Form into 5 patties. Cover and refrigerate.
- Pre-heat grill to medium direct heat.
- When ready, grill burgers 12 to 16 minutes or until instant red thermometer registers 170 F, turning once. Please burgers on buns with sauce and onions, top with alfalfa sprouts and avocado if you like.
