SOY-GLAZED GREEN BEANS image

2 tsp sesame oil
1 1/2 cups green beans, trimmed, washed and dried
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbs low-sodium soy sauce

Steps:

  • Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over high heat. Add beans; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes. Add garlic and soy sauce; cook 1 minute more, or until beans are cooked through but still crisp.
