Southwest Thousand Island Dressing image

1 large eggs, hard boiled and chopped
1/4 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 large scallion chopped
1/2 Tbsp parsley chopped
1/4 Tbsp sugar
1 c mayonnaise
1/4 Tbsp chipotle chile canned in adobo, puree
1 Tbsp dill pickle relish
1/2 c ketchup

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients together.
  • 2. Chill and serve.
