SOUR CREAM CHILI BAKE image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup onion, minced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 - 15 oz. can Old El Paso Mexi-beans, drained
1 - 10 oz. can OEP Hot Enchilada Sauce
1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
2 cups taco shells, crushed
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup sour cream

Steps:

  • Brown beef with onion & garlic & drain. Stir in beans, sauce, jack cheese & onion. Set aside 1 cup shells. Add remaining shells to mix. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cover & bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with 1 cup shells, mozzarella & sour cream.
