The best garlicky butter to stuff into snail shells, or anything else. This is from The Joy of Cooking.

3/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons shallots, minced
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 tablespoon celery, minced
1 tablespoon parsley, minced
1 teaspoon salt
fresh ground pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Steps:

  • Cream the butter until soft.
  • Work in all other ingredients.
