Flank steak is inexpensive, and oh so delicious when cooked this way. Best thing about this recipe - it uses ingredients you most likely already have around the house.

Steps:
- 1. In a frying pan, brown off your flank steak on both sides in the oil.
- 2. Add all ingredients into the crockpot.
- 3. Cook on low for 4 hours if you prefer it sliced, or 5 hours if you prefer it shredded. I served this with mashed potatoes and broccoli, and it was a huge hit!
