SMOKED TURKEY AND CHAMPAGNE GRAPES SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 lb of smoked turkey breast, sliced into 1/2 inch julienne strips.
1 cup of champagne grapes
2 stalks celery, diced.
1/2 of a small red onion, diced.
1/2 cup of toasted walnuts.
1 cup of Jarlsberg cheese, 1/2 inch julienne strips.
DRESSING:
1/2 cup of real mayo.
1 tlb of spicy brown mustard.
2 tlbs of plain yogurt or milk
1 tlb of fresh lemon juice.
salt and pepper to taste.

Steps:

  • Add smoked turkey, grapes, celery, red onion, toasted walnuts and jarlsberg cheese in a large mixing bowl. Gently fold in dressing. Cover tightly and chill. Enjoy!!
