Slow Cooker Round Steak Made Easy image

Simple and easy and great over cooked rice.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 3# round steak, cut into 4" squares or strips
1 c chopped bell pepper (optional)
1 can(s) 13-oz. can mushroom stems & pieces, drained
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1/2 pkg brown gravy mix (only use half the packet)
1 can(s) 16 oz. can tomatoes with basil, garlic, oregano

Steps:

  • 1. Add ingredients to slow cooker as listed above.
  • 2. Cook on Low heat for 8 hours or 4 hours on High - preferably low and slow
  • 3. Enjoy!
